I was here in ...

I was here in 2010. Spend 5days 4 nights here and before that 3 days 2 nights in Marriott. At that time wifi provided at a cost in Marriott and no microwave. These two products offer for free in Alpine Inn

Based on customer service ...

Based on customer service alone, 5 stars. I called to ask a bunch of questions and ended up booking. The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered me the best price over all the other places I've previously called. Free parking, early check in if room is available, and free cancellation if needed a few days ahead of my stay. I felt like I was talking to a friend.
