Very clean room and ...

Very clean room and close to the main entrance of Disneyland. I will stay here again!

The place is cheap ...

The place is cheap but there's no thrills. It's a cheap place to sleep and has a short walk to the park. The room I got bed was clean, but floors look worn. The bathroom is a bit small. There is an AC heating unit against the wall like the motels. The staff was nice when I checked in. More like 3 stars or 2.5, but for the price, location, and nice staff I give it 4.
