Experience Anaheim's Best Family Hotel

Great place to stay.

We had a great experience at the Alpine Inn! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating & went out of their way. The rooms seem to have been recently updated which was nice, and although we didn’t use it, there is also a heated pool! The location is great and only a ten minute walk from the parks entrance. The free parking was a life saver & made it much more convenient for our rental. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Disney!

This is the second time we've stayed here and we will continue to try and make sure we plan ahead to stay again! Such a great, personable location. They go above and beyond. Our first stay, my daughter forgot her stuffy. They called us and held it for us until we could get back to get it. This stay was for my son's birthday. In the room was a sign and Disney pin for him! Absolutely an unforgettable moment! Thank you for always taking care of us!

We had an excellent overall experience staying here. Affordability and proximity to Disneyland were the top factors and after comparing rates with another place in the same area, I found Alpine Inn to be the best deal because parking was included for free. My expectations before arrival were not very high, due to it being a motel, but I was impressed from my initial interaction at check-in. We didn't arrive until 11 pm and the staff was very friendly and professional. They genuinely seemed to care about providing a great customer experience. The room was simple and no-frills as expected, but it was clean, the beds (memory foam) and pillows were comfortable, and the sheets were high quality. Also, the fridge was larger than expected and able to accommodate almost all of the prepped food we brought to use as lunches at the park. I was pleasantly surprised by these factors. There was minimal street noise and we didn't hear much from any neighbors even though the hotel was fully booked and we were on the first floor. We might have gotten lucky with considerate neighbors during our time there, but I didn't have the impression that the walls were extremely thin like most motels. A bonus was that I received texts before check-in and check-out so that I could handle some logistics on my phone and save time. Fantastic stay and would return!
