Experience Anaheim's Best Family Hotel

We made a trip to Disneyland and in previous visits we’ve stayed elsewhere. This time we were looking and Alpine Inn came in at a decent price so we looked over reviews and saw that it was a short walk, clean, and friendly staff. So we gave it a shot and sadly I was disappointed. While the staff were pleasant and the walk was decent. The room however was not very clean and I was actually grossed out by the bathroom mat that had mold or black spots all over the bottom where the suction cups are. The floors were extremely dirty and made the bottom of my socks brown. The walls were dirty and we experienced loud footsteps above us all hours of the night our whole stay. I understand maybe the guest could have had a baby and was soothing by walking but it definitely affected our sleep. I did notify the front staff of the issues we had and they did come to clean our room and give us a clean bath mat so I did appreciate that. However I was disappointed. I definitely expected more with the reviews I read and how clean it was.

It was great staying at the Alpine Inn rooms were clean and perfect for a party of 4. Location was amazing walking distance to the Disneyland parks leaving our car safely park in the lot was a plus! Customer service was great!!

My husband and I love staying here. It has become our go to hotel to stay at when going to Disneyland! Parth is incredibly helpful and the entire staff is always so accommodating. Clean rooms, a 15 min walk to the parks, and reasonably priced! Always a 10/10 experience when we stay here!

The ONLY hotel my family and I stay at when we go to Disneyland (which is often). It's clean with comfy beds, quiet, safe, great a/c & heater, tall shower heads, easy 10 minute walk to the park and most of all exceptionally priced! The staff is amazing too! They are all so genuinely kind and helpful. I appreciate that its a small hotel tucked away from the chaos and busy main street hotels. Thank you for always making my family and I feel welcomed ❤️
