To our Alpine Inn Family,

Over the past few weeks, it's become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented challenge. With the announcement of Coronavirus (COVID-19) as a global pandemic, we wanted to let you know that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our highest priority. We, at the Alpine Inn, are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility.
With the closure of Disneyland and California Adventure Park as well as the Anaheim Convention Center until further notice. The Alpine Inn will also be temporarily closed through June 30th, 2020. We are reaching out to all guests to cancel reservations that are set to check in before June 30th, 2020. If there is any change of plans beyond June 30th, 2020, please let us know by email to [email protected] or calling us at (714) 535-2186. We will continue to have staffs on site to assist you with all your questions and reservations. Guests who booked via Booking.com, are advised to contact Booking.com for information on their policies.
Please know that we are closely monitoring information from the Center For Disease Control, World Health Organization, and local governments, and implementing more stringent cleaning procedures: increased frequency of cleaning public spaces (e.g. lobby, stairwells, door handles, etc.) with hospital-grade disinfectant and providing additional hand sanitizers available in our guest lobby.
We will continue monitoring the evolving situation closely and keep you updated with any further announcements from Disney and the City of Anaheim.
